Your message is stored in the website's admin area and emailed to our reservations team. Only hotel staff with an admin login can read it. Our web hosting company stores the data for us, on our instructions.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and for our records, and delete them after [period, e.g. 24 months].

The website only sets the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps the forms secure and one for your visit (session). There are no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

Fonts and photos are served from our own server, so opening a page does not send your details to other companies.

Links to Google Maps, Facebook, WhatsApp and our booking engine take you to services with their own privacy policies.
